Further, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your User identification, name, street address, city, state, post code, country, phone number, e-mail, and company information to third party agents of PokerSquare or official government bodies as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or activity that may expose us to liability.
5. WHO RECEIVES YOUR INFORMATION?

Your Facebook friends and other players using the Service will be able to view your game profile, which includes your first name, your PokerSquare account name and your Facebook profile photo, if they observe or play at a table at which you are seated. Certain information regarding your use of the Service may be sent to live feeds of your Facebook friends on Facebook. Other players are able to send you game requests. All Facebook related actions are controlled by/through Facebook in consonance with Facebook’s policies. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions performed by you on/through Facebook, or by Facebook.

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. You can write to us at any time to review, change, obtain a copy of your information or have your details altered or corrected and in this event we may require evidence of your identity.
